I remeber how hard it is to step out side your comfort zone, and make your first offer. IT IS A BIG STEP. Its the one you have been second guessing for years, and watching someone else scoop up the "deals". NOW IS THE TIME, YOUR NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER!!!! JUST TRYING TO LITE YOUR FIRE!!
