Assigning or Double Closing Subjetct-Tos

Hello Everyone.

I would like to know how to assign a contract with a Subject-To clause, if its possible to assign... or even if its possible to do a double close.

I am a wholesaler and I'm not ready yet to get all in the nitty-gritty of owning my own residential property to lease out, I don't think I'm ready yet, I need to do more of my own research... but for now, I just want to pass a Subject-To deal along to another investor, so what is the best way to go about doing that... assign or double close?

What do you think?
