Wholesale Property with no Beds?
I have this deal in my local city, the seller is super motivated and she tells me the bedrooms were taken out of the house, leaving a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a wash room. I am still working on finding buyers but I would like to know if investors would still take interest in the property with no bedrooms?
