Am I able to start a LLC as a foreigner?

Hey everyone,

I've looked high and low but cannot find a straight answer about this. I'm Australian (living in Australia) and I'm wondering if I can start a LLC while living here, or must I be partnered with someone in the US?

Probably a really simple question, but I've come across a lot of mixed information.
