Hello All,

I am new to this forum and this site looks like it is filed with a great deal of knowledge. 

I am interested in starting in flipping and wholesaling real estate. Where do I begin to look for deals? I am working with a realtor that set me up a search in the MLS for flipping which is great but how can i get my hands on deals for wholesaling?
