Do i need to open a Company to start investing?
Listening to all podcast and comments around, I'm in the Boston Area, some people have different ideas about it...
Q? For a beginner do you recommend open a Corp? what type of company is best?

As to your question, you absolutely don't need to start a company to invest, although many choose to put rental properties under an LLC or corp for liability purposes, many of us don't. You can cover the additional exposure to personal liability via umbrella insurance. Now this is for buy and hold properties, if you are looking at doing flipping or wholesale or some other form of REI, then forming a company probably is a good idea.
