ok so I got a phone call by one of the biggest wholesaling investors student development center and I'm not sure what to do here. So I got offered to be couched by sean Terry's team for a fee of 5000 dollars and was wondering what people thought about this. I want to do it and see what he can offer but the price is what's holding me back. I also hear all the time all you need to learn is in books and here on this site so I'm on the edge here any advice?

Are you getting that actual person or one of their employees??

Sounds like if you were going to do such a thing you might be better off partnering with a local wholesaler with a track record after meeting them at  a lunch to go in on a deal.
