I'm a 3rd generation landlord, have been a landlord for almost 15 years and after having had a conversation with Ben, am convinced that he is one of the rare legit real estate educators out there.  His numbers and strategies reflect what I know to be real from having done this 15 years myself and worked with others who have done this for another quarter of a century.  It's refreshing running across RE educators like Ben that put the "real" in real estate.
