Has anyone hired a telemarketer to call the leads that you purchase?  We just started by having a telemarketer call all of our leads before we send a letter.  I know that a high majority of the users claim that mailing a letter is better but I wanted to see if anyone who was using a telemarketer had any advice to share.  So far it appears to be working as we have a handful of decent appointments set up.  Any advice would be appreciated.
