First time posting here!  It's difficult to contain my excitement :)

My question is...

I'm looking to purchase a rental property and would like to find an area that large businesses are looking to build in.  Any recommendations on websites that list commercial builds?

I'm looking to buy as locally as possible... Near Minneapolis/St. Paul
