Title Company & RE Attorney

Hello Everyone! I'm looking for a good title company for escrow in Northern VA and an RE Attorney. Any suggestions?

Also, does the title company have to be local to the property? The two houses I'm looking at to wholesale are a couple hours away. 

As always, I really appreciate everyone who takes the time to answer us newbies.
