Finding a Partner

Hello Everyone,

I am curious about how to find a partner for real estate deals. I have found a few deals that would be beneficial and profitable but unfortunately do not have my own cash to pursue completely. I have made several attempts at locating private money for these deals but have been unsuccessful. I would like to take on a partner but am unsure of the best approach to find one especially a trustworthy partner. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Jason,

I suggest getting the deal under contract and then marketing your deal. They say a good deal always attracts money. Get the deal (a good deal) under contract and share your deal on forums like Bigger Pockets, at local REIA club meetings etc. The money will find it's way to you if it's truly a good deal. Once you've done a few deals you'll create a name for yourself. Hope this helps.
