Advice on this deal :)
Hello experienced investors!
I was hoping for some feedback on a deal.
3 plex 505 square feet one bedrooms in one building. Two have small yards. All are in decent condition.
currently renting for $550.00 each for $1,650 total
Water $65
Trash $35
Ins. $65
Prop Management $150 (but I will likely do myself)
Price $205,000 and I would put $52,000 down.
Thoughts? :)
