I need help

I'm just starting out trying to find rental properties in and around my area (plainfield il.) I've done lots of research and read lots of books. And now I feel it's time to get started investing in RE. If anyone knows of any real estate mastermind groups near by please let me know. 

Any words of encouragement will be truly appreciated.
