No one lives there, so who is the owner?
This home is not listed for sale but no one has lived in it for the last 10 years. The next-door neighbors seems to think that a bank owns this house, but can't get it to sale. What are some of the ways that you all get in contact with owners like this? If it is a bank how do you all contact them?
