I am looking for an intern to learn and earn their way into the industry. Must be available 15-20 hours per week, be mobile, help with marketing, scouting neighborhoods and multiple other tasks. You will receive hands on, direct training and learn much of what I know about marketing, values, positioning, scouting deals, working with agents, wholesalers, investors and ultimately will lead to you doing your first deals. Need to be able to put systems together, build processes and constantly streamline.
