Using Real Estate Software to Increase Your Purchasing Power
Hello BP's,
So I watched this webinar last night for the Motivated Sellers Now Software, and I would like to get my systems in place as I begin this journey and I am interested in utilizing software as one avenue to simplifying my leads, review data on non-MLS listings for properties, cash buyers list, and begin virtual wholesaling. I also saw a YouTube review on FreedomSoft software and it had some good features as well. Now my question to all you seasoned real estate investors what software do you recommend that gives you the competitive edge over the free avenues out their on the internet?
Please advise looking for feedback excited about Real Estate!!!
