Good morning BP,
My name is Ted Meltzer, and I am interested in getting started in RE investing. I am from the NW suburbs of Chicago and that is where I am interested in doing my investing primarily. I am looking to build long term wealth and eventually get out of the 9-5 grind, and I feel the RE investing sounds like the perfect idea for someone like me with a great work ethic.
