When I finally fix up the house I am flipping I hope to save commission money by selling the home by myself. I have NO idea how to do this in regards to the legal paperwork.

Where do I start learning? There is also a company called Help You Sell which offers discount commissions but will help you with the paperwork. What do you all do?
