New to real estate, want to learn how to Flip houses.
Hello my name is Brandon and I'm only 18, soon to be 19, and am not happy with my current financial status. I started reading up on real estate. I've really become interested in flipping houses and am wondering if anyone on this site has any suggestions/tips/or advice on how to even start this venture. Any specific books to read? Any stories of how you guys got started in real estate or flipping houses would help as well. Thank you guys!
