Hello everyone,
I currently invested in an C-class apartment complex in Houston Texas and had great success. I worked with HSB investments out of San Diego california that rehabbed and rented and managed over 100 single family homes in San Diego. They had completed 4 apartment complex's in the Houston Area before I invested.
