Newbie in Chicago
Hi everyone!
What an amazing community this is! I am so elated that I have become a member. I have been following BP for about a month now and I am extremely impressed with the level of information and support this group brings. The webinars, podcasts, guidebooks and forums are incredible, especially for a newbie such as I. I have always been interested in investments, but I didn't really understand where to start. I recall my parents dabbled in real estate investing when I was younger, though they weren't successful and ended up losing some money. I know that access to incredible resources and a group as supportive as BP, I most definitely won't have the same fate.
I recently just moved to Chicago and am looking to invest in the city and surrounding areas. I know there are some changes with property taxes and low inventory with single family homes, but I won't let those changes stop me from being successful. I'm so ready for this!
Thanks BP community, for being so awesome. So glad to have found you on my path towards my bigger vision.
