Struggling to find a location!
Hello everyone,
I'm currently searching areas and doing sample analysis's for buy and hold properties. My problem is I live on Long Island, ny and can not afford anything within 2 hours of where I live (I can go as high as 80k right now). Just curious about any thoughts or ideas about starting out long distance (between 2-5 hour drive) and any ideas on which markets I should look into. Thanks!
