Hi Guys and Gals

I'm new to the real estate investing. I would like to know anyone is using the Rehab Valuator Software.IF so,how good or bad is the software. I'm looking for a good investing software to use for the start up of my wholesaling,rehabbing business in the Memphis,TN area.
