First ever meeting with a seller COMPLETED!!!!

Just getting into the biz and have accomplished one of the scariest things on my to do list. I met with my first motivated seller!!! Couldn't negotiate the price low enough though. But at least I was able to get out there! I feel more confident and still super excited about the beginning of my journey to success in RE!

 How close did you two come to terms on the deal?
