A few questions

I live in the Chicago-land area and have a few questions.I am just starting out with Wholesaling and I know i have to get a property under contract first, but what I and wondering is where and what type of properties are buyers looking for?

If this has already been answered or I put this in the wrong place please let me know and I will correct it.
