Help NEEDED: Ivesting in Long Island, NY...Finding Financing???!!
Hey all!
This is my first time posting here on BP! I am a real estate agent from Southampton, NY and I have newly started in investing, but I need to find hard money to make purchases on properties and finance rehabbing .
I have found some some really solid deals with good numbers. i have virtually no money for property acquisition or rehab costs. So with that being said, can anyone point me in the direction of a hard money lender that can help me make some of these deals happen?
I appreciate any and all the help in advanced!
