Bridge financing
Hello,
I am looking to start out with flipping homes. I have capital lined up to buy properties, but I am in need of a partner to help get the first deal off the ground, meaning someone who's willing to put up the down payment and prepaid interest. I am willing to do all the legwork, and don't know the meaning of the word failure. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
