Is it really possible to start a real estate investing career when you've got nothing in the bank? My gut tells me yes but I'm sure it is difficult. Time and initiative are not issues for me so difficulty does not bother me. Is there anyone who has taken the path of real estate investing from nothing and what advice would you give?
