Bird Dogging in Austin
I'm about to get into REI and am interested in pre-foreclosure flipping. Being wet behind the ears, I'm still a little nervous about buying a home site-unseen (interior). Can anybody comment on their success in locating pre-foreclosures in Austin? I'm not sure I will be doing the door knocking. So, are their good services out there. Any recommendations? Can pre-foreclosure purchases still reep a 70% purchase-to-value ratio. Do those opps still exist?
