New Bird dog and hungry for info
Hello Everyone
My name is Ramon Sobukunola and I have recently been looking to become more familiar with REI. My plan is to start off bird dogging, and eventually start wholesaling. By the time I get to wholesaling I figured I would have enough knowledge to know what road to take next..but first I am going to nosedive into bird dogging!
I have been reading different materials on bird dogging and my plan for this week is to build a list of buyers. My question is where would be a good place for me to start building my list? Also, I live in Atlanta, GA and I would like to know where I can find mentors or REI clubs in my area. I am excited about learning the business inside out. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
