Turnkey investing

Does anybody know if there is a podcast episode that focuses on turnkey investing? I am interested to learn more due to my busy work schedule. I want to hear the pros and cons about going this route. Thanks.

The BP podcast has also done a number of episodes with good people related at least in part to TK and can be found here. The ones  with @Chris Clothier and @James Wise

were recent and very good. Both do a form of TK. 

@Engelo Rumora was also interviewed there before and has a lot of content posted daily.
