New Investor From Omaha
Hello, My name is Josh and I am a new investor from the "Big O" Omaha, Ne. My wife and I have been looking in up and coming destination spots around the area and hope to invest in a property ASAP that fits our criteria. Does anyone know what areas in Omaha are great for rental properties? We plan on starting off with Rentals than dab in flips if the right deal comes up.
Any advice for the Omaha area would be really helpful and if anyone wants to get together for a beer or whatever to talk real estate would be awesome. We look forward to our real estate adventure..
