Real Estate Licence

I am considering getting my RE license in Kansas. I would love and have wanted to get into real estate investing for about 8 months now, I just do not know where to begin. I have read many blogs, posts and other materials on different niches in real estate investing. Its all so confusing and leaves my brain spinning. For me Wholesaling seems the best for me right now since I do not have a lot of money to invest in a fix and flip or a buy and hold. However Ive been told not a lot of success in wholesaling is going on in Kansas.

I was contacted by someone from Keller Williams telling me about a program where they help train you to become a real estate agent.

I guess I am trying to figure out if its worth all the costs, is Keller Williams the best company to go with, are they all the same? I know I can take courses online, is that recommended?
