What would You look for in Your first flip?
I am jumping in both feet! I am ready to take the plunge, I have some properties in mind (still looking too), i have some financing started, I am reading and listening to podcasts.
I am looking for a distressed property but not a tear down. What should I look for in a first flip? What would you have changed for your own first flip? Anything I should look out for in norther Oakland county Michigan?
