Hard money lenders in NY
I found a single family home for 12k. It's a mess, needs about 20k in repairs but other comps in the area have sold for around 65k. I don't qualify for conventional lending so I'm thinking of going with a hard money loan. I have 8k in earnest money and I want to fix and live in until it's flipped. Will this scenerio work for a hard money loan?
