credit repair company

I am looking for some credit repair company's.

What I am trying to do is that I put a person in one of my houses with a lease with and option and at end of the lease they should have a high enough credit score. 

The reason I need to do this is bc if you let them do it they will just let it go and when the time goes to refi and they loose their option money I look like a bad guy and I don't get the money on the house I was hoping to make.
