leave any utilities on?

My rental will soon be turned over to me, and the tenants name will be off the utilities. Do I need to leave them on in order to sell the place? I get concerned about agents/buyers coming in, turning the AC on to "cold and leaving it on after they leave. I don't have AC because of the cost, so really do NOT want to have goofs leaving it running.
