First deal a no deal
Just an update. Been learning a bunch and just had the inspection done this morning on a duplex I had an offer that was contingent on inspection. Unfortunately the inspection found that the basement had some telling signs of foundation issues. Looks like I will be canceling the agreement and moving on. Really liked the place. I'm sure it's happened to others just thought it would be good to check in with others to see how often this has happened.
