Owner Occupant purchase of quad
I'm very new to BP and real estate investing in general. I would like to buy a quad as an owner occupant just to get started then study for the real estate exam and learn to wholesale to find my buy and hold projects. I frequent CO and NM but would love to own properties all over the country one day!
Any advice on where and how to start would be greatly appreciated.
