The blessing in the "no's"

As a newbie myself, I would like to encourage other newbies to see the blessing that can be in a no.  I'm in the middle of my first deal and I've had a couple of no's, however I have asked those no's to please give me a critique or feedback about the deal. How do the #'s look, what do you not like about the deal if anything, etc....Never stop being a student; we must be open to critique if we want to get better, be successful, and form new relationships.  Happy investing!!!
