Hello all and thanks for this great forum.

here is my question. I am considering myself a pre-newbie. just wanting to get started in real estate investment. I'm closing on the sale of a rental property in two weeks. I want to use the profit to start a real estate investment Business. i have registered my LLC acquired the EIN and state licences. how do i transfer the profit to the LLC without paying taxes on the profit from the sale?
