Hello,

I'm new to Real Estate investing and would like to get some information. I am looking for motivated seller leads and I was told I should inquiry about probate deals. I recently went to a court house in downtown Los Angeles I was advised to research probate deals with the court house computer, however after looking through many documents I have no clue what I am looking for. Can anybody point me in the right direction and tell me which documents I need to find that would provide allow to find the correct people for properties and whether or not the property can be sold/bought. I appreciate the help.
