Hello, I am looking for any advice and wisdom, anyone might have in starting out in investing in real estate. My fiancé and I recently went threw a tornado and after rebuilding our house, I realized what I wanna do. I'm 26 and want to buy and flip houses quick. I will be doing most if not all the rehab with my soon to be father In law. He who has previous business experience. We do have some starting money but under $50,000.
