Hello to the whole BP community. I am starting out my real estate venture by wholesaling. I am looking for cash buyers in the Middle Tn. Area. I would love to get advice from individuals on the best way to pick these contacts up. I am working on posting an add on Craig's list, as well as possibly pulling records of cash buyers from the courthouse. Any one who has experience with this or if your are a cash buyer feel free to drop in and put your two cents in. I'm looking to learn as much as possible so I can develop a successful real estate business.
