Hi everyone. I have a question. Recently was asked to jv with someone on a deal and I'm fairly new so I ask how do we get paid they replied when the buyer pays 2 points then we split the profit. I didn't wanna get kicked off the deal because I'm sure I can find a buyer but I have no idea what 2 points of 4.4 million is and what's the points system all about?
