I'm working on putting my power team together and would like some referrals for good, investor friendly, CPAs, Real Estate Attorneys, Title Companies, Realtors, Insurance Agents, Contractors, etc in the North Austin/Round Rock, TX area.

Hint....when you contact these professionals please DO NOT tell them you want them to be on your power team.  Most of them will run to the nearest exit, delete your email address, and block your number on their phone.  

CPA - Mark Puzdrak and Five Stone

Attorney - Ron Houdyshell at Houdyshell and Partners (for general RE stuff)

Title - Chicago Title in Westlake.  Jennifer Pederson is the escrow officer

Insurance - Find someone that writes policies through multiple companies

Contractors - Best of luck finding any good ones right now
