banks calling loan due?
Hi,
Has anyone here had the bank call the loan due on them for any reason? I'm interested in doing some assumption or subject to deals but I am hesitant because of the "due on sale" clause. Anyone do a lot of these types of deals? If so, please tell me how many you've done over a certain time period and tell me if the banks have given you any trouble. Thanks!
