bird dogging vs Wholesaling
Hello BP. I was looking at some of the forums and was seeing that people were saying that wholesaling is one of the hardest strategies to do in real estate. So my question was which would be better to start out in, would it be bird dogging or wholesaling? But also wouldn't you make less profit if you bird dog than wholesale? What are your opinions?
