Duplex Investing
I'm looking to invest in Duplex properties, can anyone refer books or links that are good for learning about investing in Duplexes?

Why Duplexes specifically? That seems somewhat limiting. Why do you even want duplex specific info? They really aren't any different than a 3 or 4 unit multi family. You would use the same techniques to evaluate them.
